Song Arena uses YouTube API Services. By using Song Arena, you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Song Arena may access, store, and refresh YouTube API data needed to create and play song battles, including YouTube video IDs, video URLs, video titles, channel names, channel IDs, durations, view counts, thumbnails, and whether a video is still available through YouTube API Services.
Song Arena uses this YouTube data to display embedded YouTube videos, build battles, match catalog songs to videos, show video metadata, and refresh stored YouTube data for YouTube API policy compliance.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, Song Arena may store your Google account ID, Google display name, and profile image so your battles, stats, reports, published battles, review decisions, and account notifications can be tied to your account.
Song Arena also stores any Song Arena display name, initials-avatar choice, interface preferences, and game defaults that you save on your profile. Previous Song Arena display names may be retained privately for account integrity and moderation.
Notifications And Review Messages
Song Arena stores messages sent to your account, publication and deletion review decisions, reviewer notes, announcement read status, and message timestamps so you can receive and manage these communications while signed in.
Published Content
If you publish a battle, Song Arena may publicly display the battle title, included songs and publisher name.
Cookies And Local Storage
Song Arena uses strictly necessary first-party cookies for Google sign-in. A temporary authentication-state cookie lasts for up to 10 minutes, and the login session cookie lasts for up to 30 days. These cookies are marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax.
Song Arena also uses browser local storage to retain information such as private drafts, ongoing battle progress, guest usage counters, and interface preferences on your device. Clearing site data in your browser may remove this information.
YouTube embedded players and Google services may store or access cookies or similar technologies according to the Google Privacy Policy.
Contact And Removal Requests
If you use the contact form, Song Arena stores your email address, request type, subject, message, account ID, display name, and submission time so the request can be reviewed, answered, and handled.
Storage And Sharing
Song Arena stores data using Cloudflare services. Song Arena does not sell personal information. Use the contact form for questions or content-removal requests.
